This flexible service allows a foreign company to manage an employee based in Singapore without having to create a subsidiary. The PR/Singaporean employee is put under Optim’s payroll while under operational supervision of the HQ abroad. This solution can be activated rapidly and is usually meant to be temporary, giving the time to test and jump-start markets in South-East Asia using local manpower on the ground.

2 conditions are necessary to consider this solution: 1) PR or local Singaporean and 2) no immediate need for local invoicing.

Here are the main components:

  • The employee (already identified or to be head-hunted)
  • Service contract with Optim
  • On-Boarding of the employee
  • Activation of the HR package (insurance, salary, allowances, social contributions, …)
  • Expenses/claims reimbursements
